Description

This session will focus on the increased IRS enforcement efforts in the information reporting area, such as Form 1042 and 1099 audits, and the new Form 1099-DA.  In addition, this session will discuss the IRS approach to enforcement of information reporting, as well as some common practices and tools that can be implemented by taxpayers.
