Chris is a Senior Manager in the New York Banking, Capital Markets, and Insurance Tax practice. He has over 10 years of experience serving a broad range of U.S. multi-national clients in the banking, financial services, and technology industries, among others, and has experience with a wide range of complex tax matters impacting his clients. His experience includes domestic and cross-border tax planning strategies,federal and state tax compliance, income tax accounting, and mergers and acquisitions consulting and due diligence matters. In addition, Chris works with clients providing regulatory capital advice and services.

He has extensive ASC 740 experience in the preparation, review and audit of interim and year-end income tax provisions, including issues with purchase accounting analysis, carve-out accounting, valuation allowances, uncertain tax positions and the impact of international operations. He collaborates with audit teams on the ASC 740 calculations, SEC filing disclosures and SOX 404 income tax process testing.
