Jesse has more than 20 years of experience assisting clients with various aspects of their tax planning. He is a Partner in Ernst & Young’s Financial Service Office and focuses on banking and capital markets sectors. His experience includes tax planning and consulting regarding investment and acquisition opportunities. Jesse has significant tax accounting experience with large public companies. He also assists in the management of the worldwide tax relationship for a number of large multinational companies, coordinating both US and foreign tax services, as well as interfacing with other client constituencies like financial statement audit committee members and members of senior management. As the Financial Services Office Tax Accounting and Risk Advisory Services (TARAS) Leader, Jesse is responsible for application of the System of Quality Controls to tax services provided to our assurance practice; supporting application ASC 740: Accounting for income taxes; and tax accounting thought leadership. Jesse has led many local and national firm training sessions. He is a licensed certified public accountant in Massachusetts and a member of the MSCPA and AICPA.
