Nick is a member of the BKD National Financial Services Group, providing audit and consulting services for bank holding companies, individual chartered banks, credit unions, and other financial services entities. Nick also currently serves as the Accounting and Auditing Assistant Director for the firm’s Louisville-Southern Indiana practice unit, where he provides technical support and training to BKD
auditors, helps implement the firm’s quality control policies and procedures, and performs concurring reviews on audit engagements.

Nick has more than thirteen years of public accounting experience providing internal and external audit services. He also performs consulting engagements, such as regulatory compliance, directors & exams, asset and liability management, analysis of allowance for loan and lease losses, FDICIA testing/implementation and other industry-specific consulting services.

Nick is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and Indiana CPA Society. He also currently serves as an active board member for the Southwest Indiana Region of the American Red Cross and Youth Resources of Southwestern Indiana, Inc.
