Mr. Lewis is a Senior Manager in the financial services tax group in the Sacramento office of Crowe LLP. He is involved with over 30 financial institution and fintech clients throughout the United States, ranging from start-up de-novo banks to multi-state public company financial institutions to non-bank and neo-bank fintech companies. He works extensively in the areas of
mergers and acquisitions, financial accounting for income taxes and uncertain tax positions, IRS and state tax examinations and stock-based compensation plans. Mr. Lewis presented at Bank Tax Institute in 2019 and has published multiple articles listed below related to community banks:
