Ron is a lead tax partner in RSM’s Los Angeles office. Prior to joining RSM, Ron was a tax partner at
Deloitte. He has over 35 years of experience working with both publically and privately held companies.
Ron is responsible for advising clients with regard to all aspects of tax compliance and consulting,
including federal, state and local and international tax matters. Ron completed a Washington National
Tax rotational assignment in the Subchapter C Group, specializing in merger and acquisition
transactions. He also has experience in securitization transactions, consolidated return issues, net
operating loss issues and initial public offerings.
