Ms. Delger is a Vice President and Tax Director for Banner Bank, a regional bank headquartered in Walla Walla, Washington. She has worked in the financial institution industry for over 10 years and in public accounting for over 20 years, specializing in tax and litigation support. Ms. Delger is a CPA and received her B.S. from the University of Montana. She is a former member of the American Bankers Association Tax Committee and Information Reporting Advisory Group and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Washington Society of Certified Public Accountants.
