Head of White & Case's Commercial Litigation Practice in London, Amanda has a wealth of experience in commercial litigation and domestic and international arbitration, primarily working with corporates, funds and investment banks.

Amanda has acted for clients in the English Courts at all levels and has been involved in international commercial arbitrations before various institutions. She has considerable offshore experience and has acted for clients in over twenty jurisdictions. She also has substantial experience of post-judgment and award enforcement.

Amanda frequently acts for clients involved in board and shareholder disputes, representing multinational companies in response to activism risks and advising on strategy, governance and wider transformational change.
